The company partners with the customer from imagination to innovation and through the integration of IoT solutions. "We basically begin with the end in mind, and determine exactly what the client wants, and what business problem they are trying to solve," says Szenttornyay, then further adds, "depending on the client's requirements or needs, we propose various innovative IoT solutions and virtualized models to custom tailor every solution."
CieloIT utilizes the Blue Kit, a visual rapid-prototyping solution to develop a proof of concept (POC) that helps to create any type of IoT driven sensor environment and build a solution prototype to let the customer visualize and check its suitability for their needs before being sent to the developers for coding. The Blue Kit was originally designed for the education (K-12) space with LEDs, sensors, and other devices to enable students to experience the building of an IoT solution from scratch, even without the knowledge of coding or programming language.
CieloIT 's security team undertakes penetration vulnerability testing on any of the critical functionalities of the devices to ensure that any type of issue in the software code is patched. CieloIT also provides consulting, training, and maintenance services to its customers in domains of subject matter expertise, certification training, or in the enterprise space. "So CieloIT is like an advisory firm from that perspective," says Szenttornyay, highlighting the company's multi-faceted work.
Citing a success story, Szenttornyay mentions CieloIT's contribution to a client in the fitness industry. The client faced the challenges of building and integrating technology into some of their gyms for support and as well as to have a clear sight about its roadmap. The client's wish to go international was also inhibited by their reluctance to start from scratch with another partner who was ignorant of their domain and their ecosystem. "With resources in multiple countries like Canada and Mexico, we were able to help them integrate, deliver, maintain, and support their IT infrastructure and reach the goals," says Szenttornyay.
Leveraging its strategic relationships with Amazon and Cisco, CieloIT plans to develop new vertical market solutions. Gearing up for geographical expansion into Central and South America, CieloIT intends to make its presence in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) as well. The company is also considering the prospect of continued growth via acquisitions. CieloIT is also planning investments in technologies such as voice interface which is expected to be a focus for the company's innovation lab opening in Lubbock, Texas. "You can think of CieloIT as a concierge technology service," concludes Szenttornyay.
